MAIN STREET FESTIVAL 2013
NCEA members took to the street at the Main Street Festival on a beautiful Saturday night. Pencils were given to passing students, and friends and families visited with the teachers who staffed the booth. The booth was funded through a public relations grant from ECOEA, East Central OEA. Sandy Phillips, Northwood, chaired the event. Over twenty members volunteered to serve a shift.
